CLIG invites you to join Jessica Loud, Knowledge Operations Manager at offshore law firm Mourant Ozannes, for a lunchtime webinar on how to find legal and company information in the Channel Islands, Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.
The session will cover the following:
- An overview of the government and court structures
- Sources for locating legislation, case law and commentary
- Types of information you can legally obtain for companies registered in these jurisdictions

Jessica has been at Mourant Ozannes for the past eight years, starting off as a Knowledge Analyst supporting the Caribbean jurisdictions before moving into the more global role of Knowledge Operations Manager in 2021. She has previously worked for a number of UK firms including Nabarro (now CMS), Sidley Austin, Clifford Chance and Clyde & Co and spent time back in New Zealand working for the Inland Revenue.
