Our large and friendly team at Clifford Chance is currently recruiting for two Knowledge and Information Officers. Both roles are based in London, with up to 50% hybrid working on offer.
Who you will work with
You will join the Global Financial Markets (GFM) Knowledge and Information team. We work closely with the group’s Knowledge Lawyers, as well as collaborating with fee-earners and Knowledge and Information colleagues across the network, to deliver the highest level of service to the firm and support its strategic objectives.
What you will be responsible for
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the GFM K&I service and will proactively contribute to its development in conjunction with other team members. Primary responsibilities include:
- Acting as primary contact for specific practice groups or products within GFM
- Developing and maintain knowledge and information resources, including intranet work and knowhow
- Raising awareness and deliver training on knowledge and information resources
- Providing Current Awareness
- Contributing to and occasionally lead projects
- Undertaking enquiry work
