NBC in the US is reporting? that the Cenveo Plan printing plant in Charlottesville is closing this week and will leave 61 people without a job.Cenveo printed many Lexis Nexis journals.
Cenveo? a Connecticut-based company purchased the old Lexis Nexis plant in 2007 and continued to print legal journals for Lexis Nexis after they bought it.
The company has now filed notice of the closing with the Virginia Employment Commission.
Severe decreases in commercial printing were cited as a reason for closing.
