CCH have announced the launch of Australia’s most up-to-date commentary on uniform evidence law.

Australian Uniform Evidence Law is a streamlined online resource designed to keep barristers, law clerks, law librarians and the courts up to speed with implementation of the Uniform Evidence Acts around Australia. It is written by renowned Melbourne criminal defence lawyer Peter Faris QC and Professor Mirko Bagaric, Deakin Law School.
