Head of Research for a UK law firm that has an outstanding reputation both as a law firm and as an extremely progressive employer.
The role will lead a large research function that is comprised of a number of talented and motivated Researchers and Research Managers. The role is primarily concerned with the delivery of a research service to those that need it in the firm, but more broadly, the role also covers team development, budgets and cost control, supplier relationships and the management of strategic initiatives that fall under the broader KM and information strategy of the firm.
The role is one with a large degree of flexibility in terms of hybrid working, but will require someone with the expertise to collaborate with and manage a team and stakeholder groups that are dispersed among a number of UK locations
