CB Resourcing are supporting an international law firm that has significantly increased the size and complexity of its Knowledge Management function in the past 3 years. As a result of the imminent implementation of a new firmwide AI platform to streamline research, document review, drafting, knowledge retrieval and task automation, improving efficiency and consistency, the firm is hiring for a Knowledge Systems Specialist that can support their Legal Engineering team with the adoption, support and user engagement with this platform. It is a role that sits at the intersection of Knowledge Management and Legal Technology. The role also offers hybrid working.
Suitable candidates for this role will need to have a strong understanding of the role of Knowledge Management in a complex legal setting and the challenges that this presents. A demonstrable knowledge of KM/Legal Tech and AI platform exposure is also an essential requirement and most importantly, highly refined stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
It will likely suit someone from a KM Systems, Knowledge Management or even information services background who would like to specialise.
