About the role? Working in a collegiate environment you with gain wide exposure to a variety of Hong Kong IPO deals. In addition you will gain some exposure to M&A, Private Equity and general corporate matters. ??
The successful candidate will have 3-6 years PQE? and be qualified from Hong Kong, UK, Singapore or Australia. You will have solid Hong Kong IPO experience gained from a mid or top tier firm. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential, and the ability to read and write Chinese would be advantageous.??
