A ‘blatantly dishonest’ Cambridge-educated barrister is being sued by his own brother over claims he forged their mother’s signature to con him out of his share of a £1.2million inheritance.
Robert Grierson – who specialises in tax and will disputes – is accused of faking a document handing him half his mother’s house and producing an invalid will that left him the rest of her fortune when she died.
