Business Development Specialist – Law Bond University 

$75,678 a year

As part of the Career Development Centre, the focus of this position is to develop and expand relationships with local and regional employers within the Legal industry, including the SME market to facilitate internship, work experience and PLT placements, part-time and clerkship/graduate employment opportunities for students, graduates and alumni.

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, this role will initiate, negotiate, maintain and manage effective relationships with domestic employers through marketing and promotion of the University and its graduates. They will also provide Careers staff, University staff and students with up to date information regarding employment opportunities and labour market trends. About the person:

The successful applicant will be degree qualified with a minimum of five years’ experience in business development and client support preferably within the legal sector. A strong understanding of the South East Qld SME market is essential, as is previous experience in developing relationships with graduate employers. The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision along with high level networking and relationship building skills are also required. Salary details:
