Designed for pension and benefits practice professionals, the Benefits Practice Resource Center incorporates a wide range of benefits law content into a single, user-friendly service that speeds research time and increases productivity. Full-text decisions of significant benefits law and executive compensation cases are available alongside a collection of searchable regulatory and agency documents and legal statutes. Timely news publications, practitioner-developed practice tools, and instructive portfolios and treatises are also featured.

“Today’s busy benefits practice professional wants a ‘go-to’ source where they can find all the latest legal developments, industry news, and source material they need, and BNA’s Benefits Practice Resource Center is the answer they’ve been looking for,” said Kent Frankstone, Director of Publishing for BNA’s Legal & Business Publishing Group. “By putting these resources together in one platform we’ve eliminated much of the fact-finding legwork practitioners are forced to contend with, effectively simplifying their job by streamlining their research and their efforts to stay informed.”

The Benefits Practice Resource Center draws from BNA’s unique access to more than 320 top legal specialists and thought leaders in pension and benefits, including David Godofsky, Partner at Alston & Bird, LLP; Greta Cowart, Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP; and David Mustone, Partner at Hunton & Williams LLP.

One of the standout features of this new platform is BNA Insights, a comprehensive collection of articles and videos that give subscribers exclusive access to expert commentary from thought leaders on a full range of the latest benefits law issues and trends.

“While the breadth of information on the site and its user friendliness are impressive, it is the quality of the Benefits Practice Resource Center’s content that truly sets it apart,” said Michael Eisenstein, Vice President and Group Publisher for BNA’s Legal & Business Publishing Group. “Hundreds of BNA reporters are at the White House, the Capitol, and other locations across the country every day to bring the latest news on breaking benefits law. The brightest legal minds in the industry offer their insights in articles, videos, and other practical resources. Users will find there is simply no substitute for the level of expertise the Resource Center offers, especially with such a high premium being placed on having reliable, results-oriented information.”

The Benefits Practice Resource Center is the seventh in BNA’s new suite of online information and research platforms. In addition to pension and benefits, current Resource Centers cover labor and employment, human resources and payroll, intellectual property, telecommunications, internet, and health law. Additional Resource Centers are scheduled for release throughout the coming year and through 2012.
