The BIALL Publications Committee has just issued a revision to the 4th edition of the Legal Research Training Packs
The last update was issued in September 2007 and the current revision has updated the packs to June 2011.
Some of the questions are based on English Law covering the following subjects:
- Civil Litigation
- Company Law
- Criminal Law
- Family and Probate Law
- Intellectual Property
- Property
The packs also include contributions from Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Channel Islands.

The packs are available in electronic format only (as a Word document and PDF) which means that you can edit them how you wish.
