We have now launched the BIALL Supplier Survey for 2017.
A link to the survey can be found on the members section of the SLG page on the BIALL website. You’ll need to log in to the website to access the page, because only BIALL members or employees of institutional members are entitled to fill out the survey. That’s it for now, as the full details of what to do are on the first page of the survey. But long-standing members will undoubtedly want to change their settings on the various email mailing lists to NOMAIL to avoid my marketing campaign over the next two weeks. The good news for anyone tempted to do this is that this will be the last survey I am running, as my term as a member of BIALL Council comes to an end in the summer. And after eight years it is time for the members of the Supplier Liaison Group to review the purpose and design of the survey. Please send me your feedback and suggestions, and I will be happy to pass them on. You can also send them to Neil Edward ([email protected]), the current chair of the Supplier Liaison Group.

If you take the time to fill out the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win £50 of spending money in the retail establishment of your choice. Hmm … why have I never asked any of the legal database or bookseller companies to sponsor this?
