BIALL Salary Survey 2016

Have you ever wondered if you’re being paid the market rate for the job you do?  Are you getting the same benefits as other people doing the same job as you?  Do you need some hard facts to back up a salary review?  If the answer to any of these questions is ‘Yes’, then please read on!

The annual BIALL salary survey questionnaire collects a wide range of data such as salary, working conditions, fringe benefits, full/part time status, level of responsibility, staff numbers and qualifications.  The purpose of this survey is to provide information professionals in the UK and Ireland with a benchmark document which can be exploited in salary negotiations.  As such it becomes much more effective the more data that is collected, so in order for it to be more useful to you we need as many people as possible to complete the survey.

The resulting report can be used to give an idea of potential salaries within specific sectors and geographic regions, and can also assist in identifying factors that can appear to be related to better salaries and benefits.  The data tables are designed to support the case for a salary/compensation review.

Filling in the survey takes only a few minutes and can be filled out by members and non-members of BIALL.  The survey is now live until 30th June.
