With the BIALL 2011 conference in Newcastle upon us, I wondered if we could try an experiment in crowd sourcing.
I have created an open document on Google Docs which allows people attending the conference to make and share notes in each of the sessions. ?This will allow people who are not attending to keep track, and also allow people who are to keep track of parallel events. ?Having spoken to some people tonight at the Justis reception, I hope this could be quite popular.
This is an open document, editable and viewable by all. ?It could therefore make an excellent crowd-sourced archive of the events, thoughts and ideas of those attending, or it could be abused and vandalised. ?Only time will tell!
