This session on EU Information will have something for everyone and will take you from the basics of finding EU cases and legislation through to how to stay-up-date with EU Law in the modern world. The event will be held in an IT training room so all participants will have their own machines for hands-on experience of the services that will be discussed.
We are very pleased to be hosting the event at the University of the West of England on the 21st March 2016 which has great transportation links to the Midlands, West Coast and only takes just over an hour from trains in central London.
The event will be led by Ian Thomson who is Director of European Documentation Centre, Cardiff University and Executive Editor of European Sources Online. Ian is a librarian and European information specialist who has worked in European affairs for over thirty years. Ian was previously the winner of the European Special Librarian of the Year Award.
