The fifth generation of a family which launched a Bath company is now spearheading the firm?s expansion

across the world.

Mogers Solicitors was founded by Derwent Campbell?s great, great, great grandfather Francis Horace

Moger in 1852 in Charles Street, Bath.

Now Mr Campbell is developing a bespoke service for the ex-pat community in Hong Kong.

Called the Private Client Concierge Service, it helps British Nationals who have elderly and vulnerable

relatives living in the UK

Mr Campbell said: ?The ex-pat project began by offering UK based legal advice mainly for divorcing couples

and have acted for a number of clients in this area. The residential department followed, offering property services.

For ex-pats, having a service in the UK which they can trust to look after their affairs and the affairs of loved

ones is hugely reassuring.

Our Concierge Services offers hands-on local and practical support, such as paying bills, dealing with tax

returns or finding suitable long or short term care solutions which gives genuine peace of mind for everyone

concerned.
It?s a big ambition for a Bath-based company to spread its wings globally. Mogers is determined that this will be a long-lasting investment and is taking it carefully to gain a strong foothold.?

Steven Treharne, Managing Partner of the firm now based in Queen Square, said: ?We have been in Bath for

160 years and are proud of our heritage yet as any fast-growing business we are focused on the future.

When the company was founded families were rarely further than a few miles apart, with this service we are

responding to an increasingly changing world and the changing needs of clients who are at the heart of our

business.?
