Nexus Legal are working with an elite international corporate law firm in sourcing a mid to senior-level banking/finance lawyer to join their highly-regarded team in Hong Kong.
This role will afford you the opportunity regularly act for lenders and borrowers on secured lending, as well as advise on structuring, ongoing maintenance and transactional issues with high profile international banks and corporations. As part of a small, internationally sourced team, you will have a clear training and development path, be extremely hands-on, and have great exposure to clients.
Candidate Requirements
• 4+ PQE,
• England & Wales or commonwealth admitted,
• Possess a strong academic background,
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese,
• Experience with high value, cross-border transactions at a leading firm.
