They have just sent out a press release saying that they are ” pleased to announce that the Australian National Institute for Public Policy (ANIPP) is now in partnership with APO as a leading source of policy information. Together, ANIPP and APO will enhance public policy material available to the Australian and global community.”
Here’s the lowdown…
ANIPP is a strategic collaboration between the Australian Government and the Australian National University. This collaboration shares the goals of building an enhanced evidence base on which policy practitioners can draw to develop future public policy. Academics will be encouraged to present their research findings in ways suitable for use by the public sector and broader Australian community, developing the capabilities of Australian public servants so they can identify and adopt best practice thinking and action, and strive for the highest standards of professional achievement. Each of these goals will be fostered through the relationship between ANIPP and APO.
We look forward to working closely with ANIPP as we continue to improve the content, tools and services provided by APO for the policy and research community. And we encourage APO readers to register with ANIPP to keep up to date with their research, courses and other activities.
