The website called, “No Precedent”, will utilise a number of online tools such as downloadable white papers and vodcasts to provide information and commentary on issues ranging from the Trade Practice Act 1974 and the practical implications for businesses, the recent cartel law amendments, to developments in shareholder class actions in Australia.
