National law firm Lander & Rogers has been accused of operating improper billing schemes by a former employee who says it failed to provide appropriate facilities after he began to use a wheelchair.
The claims are made in a wide-ranging adverse action claim by former legal assistant Tobias O’Hehir, who alleged he was made redundant after complaining about the firm’s attitude towards accommodating his disability.
Mr O’Hehir said he was sidelined by a partner after complaining about a range of billing practices that raised compliance issues or were “improper and unethical”.
