That all Australian judges pay will be frozen until at least October this year

The pay of High Court, Federal Court and Family Court judges, as well as the pay of Federal politicians, will be frozen until at least October 2009.

In a statement released on Tuesday 19 May, the Remuneration Tribunal said it would defer its annual decision on the adjustment of remuneration of any offices within its jurisdiction until after 30 September 2009.
