About the role: In this role you will be responsible for providing reference and research services to VLA staff and members of the public, including assessing available information sources to meet client information needs, recording and reporting on reference enquiries and meeting various quality measures.
Taking a continuous improvement approach to your work, you will evaluate reference services and client satisfaction to make recommendations on service delivery, manage operational library functions, and educate VLA staff and other users to effectively access and use the collection.
About you: You are a qualified Librarian with a strong commitment to providing positive client services, and experience working in a law library. Along with your highly developed technical skills, you have the ability to develop and deliver effective training to various stakeholders to improve the access and utility of library resources, and contribute positively to team operations.
