Help drive new business and assist with developing long-term partnerships for a leading professional membership association.
We are looking for a motivated and engaging Partnerships Coordinator to assist in identifying opportunities to increase engagement, enhance our service offerings and grow revenue. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Membership Experience and Partnerships Manager and our Advertising Executive in : Coordination the QLS member rewards program Coordination of the Supreme Court Library Queensland service Management of the QLS online shop Assist on the QLS trade stand at all leading QLS conferences and events to deliver high-level service Support the firm engagement program and student memberships program at universities, including delivering QLS information/ membership sessions Help to identify business development opportunities across a diverse membership base Actively pursue revenue generation for the Queensland Law Society through the identification of new opportunities and expand upon traditional markets Assist in achieving monthly contact and sales targets in order to support the annual advertising and sponsorship KPIs Assist in the development and implementation strategies to increase sponsorship and advertising revenue Preparation of trade exhibitor kits, advertising kits, database management and reporting, post sponsor reports, post event surveys etc. Assist in development of post-partnership ROI evaluation reports Ensure a high standard of client relationship management through timely follow up and management of all clients Preparation of draft contracts and invoicing for all advertising and sponsorship programs. Develop monthly reports on sales targets versus actuals for all advertising and sponsorship activities Work with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of relevant sponsorship and advertising paperwork is provided for invoicing, as well as following up payments with the relevant providers Assist in the coordination of outbound sponsorship requests including agreements and ensuring our sponsorship benefits are implemented To succee d in this role, you will have: Experience in a junior account manager/ junior business development role (desirable) Be a confident people person who enjoys communication and is prompt with follow ups Be proactive and customer focused with a keen desire to understand needs and fill requirements Excellent relationship management skills with a proven ability to successfully negotiate and influence others Ability to nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders High level of organisational skills to deliver to strict timelines Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment Takes ownership of, and responsibility for own work Attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work Why work for us We’re all here to build something great.
