A major law firm bidding to assist Victoria’s royal commission into Crown casino also advised the casino operator on its Barangaroo casino project in Sydney, along with working for Crown’s second-largest shareholder.
It has prompted the Victorian opposition and a prominent industry expert to raise concerns about the firm’s potential conflict of interest.
