Background:
The Family Court of Australia, with the support of Wolters Kluwer CCH Australia, has made available the text of reported Family Court judgments from the beginning of the Court up until the period when decisions became available on AustLII. The addition of these decisions to the AustLII database enables a complete record of Family Court of Australia judgments to be made available for free access online to legal practitioners and the wider community.
