We are looking for an experienced Knowledge Consultant to join our Knowledge? Management team in Hong Kong to deliver excellent service in English and Chinese in a timely and client focused manner.
In this role you will provide high quality, responsive and reliable research,? information and training support to Mallesons legal staff, principally to legal? staff based in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
This is a permanent full-time position with staff benefits ie: leave? entitlements, gym membership.
Your day will involve:
* Delivering legal research support to Mallesons legal staff, with a focus on? complex research tasks requiring a detailed knowledge of Asian resources.
* Providing regular training, information sessions or presentations on relevant? information and resource developments.
* Ensuring Asian practice team knowledge tools are current and responsive to staff? needs.
* Ensuring legal staff are kept up to date on legal and commercial developments.
* Ensuring legal staff have ready access to resources in the most appropriate and cost-effective form.
* Managing and maintaining the physical print and electronic collections of Hong? Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
