The Office of Policy and External Affairs (OPEA) is looking for an enthusiastic individual with significant professional legal experience in intellectual property policy and enforcement to serve as an international intellectual property advisor. The individual will be responsible for performing a variety of legal and technical assistance activities regarding legislation and the legal impact on intellectual property matters, agency policy, strategic planning, international treaty obligations and agreements, and the USPTO, Department of Commerce, and various stakeholders.
