Attend This Event To Learn About The People’s Parity Project (UK) “a community of legal professionals and students committed to building a more just and equitable legal system”

People’s Parity Project (PPP) is a community of legal professionals and students committed to building a more just and equitable legal system—and we want YOU to join us!

That’s why we’re holding an info session on Monday, October 7th at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to explore what it means to become part of the movement.

Why Join PPP?

Conservative and corporate interests have spent decades building a legal system that works for the wealthy and the powerful, not the people. It’s going to take deep, hard organizing work—a true movement dedicated to real justice in our legal system—in order to build a better future.

In this info session, you’ll:

  • Connect with Experts: Hear from David Seligman, who brings extensive experience lawyering for workers’ rights and economic justice, as he discusses how PPP offers legal professionals unique opportunities to create tangible change.

  • Learn from Student Organizers: Recent law school graduate Charlie Goodenow will share their journey as a student organizer with PPP, including challenges, successes, and the lasting impact organizing has had on their legal career.

  • Discuss the Role of Lawyers:Learn how PPP co-founder and PPP Action board member Sejal Singh started organizing with PPP as a law student and has continued her engagement through the DC Lawyers Chapter.

  • Build Your Chapter: PPP Organizing & Network Director Steve Kennedy will provide insight on how to run a PPP chapter and review the crucial first steps to establishing a strong organizing base.

This is your opportunity to learn how PPP can help you use the law to advance justice, foster real change, and become part of a growing movement of lawyers and advocates fighting for a fairer legal system.

Date & Time: Monday, October 7th, 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT
