The UK Telegraph reported yesterday that she has now been dismissed from her £150,000-a-year post in the Moscow office of Allen & Overy for "gross misconduct".
The Telegraph goes on to say.
The former senior associate claims she will take legal action in return, alleging she faced sexual harassment after she and a male boss kissed at a party.
She claims he became "hostile" afterwards and said she should look for another job.
"The whole office knew about my book but they took action against me about it only after I had complained of sexual harassment," she claimed. "It seems to me like a witch hunt."
Allen & Overy had already banned her from writing a novel called "Expat: A Weekly Serialized Novel About Living In Moscow", which she had posted on her website.

The moral of the story seems to be don’t publish racy blogs if you are a lawyer and make sure you disguise your characters more efficiently if you do decide to write
