Our client, a leading international law firm are currently looking for a qualified HR professional to join as Head of Human Resources to lead the Hong Kong team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer based in Hong Kong, the candidate would be responsible for leading a structured HR team and managing all aspects of recruitment, training and HR implementation for the Hong Kong office. The candidate will work closely with partners and practice heads in evaluating training and hiring needs through proper analysis, design and delivery, cover performance management, and support any change management initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least a few years in a leadership position managing an HR team at another law firm
Native/fluent in English – Asian languages would be an advantage but not essential
Solid communication and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate, influence and consult with partners, lawyers and operational staff
Track record in implementing HR policies and problem solve
Managerial skills, analytical, organized and with a positive and proactive attitude.
