ALB (Asia Legal Business) have just sent out the following press release and BMW are the muggins who have signed up to sponsor the awards this year .

ALB is pleased to announce that BMW Asia will be our official Event Partner for ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2009 which are now in their fifth year running.

The BMW ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2009 will be held on 5 June 2009 at The Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore. Every year, the Awards recognise the excellence of SE Asia’s leading law firms as well as the top deals and dealmakers of the previous year. The Awards attract over 400 of SE Asia’s senior business leaders including investment bankers, solicitors, in-house counsel, judiciary and CEOs and CFOs who are assembled to celebrate with the Winners as they accept their awards on stage.
Nominations are researched in the months leading up to this important event. Winners remain confidential until the awards ceremony itself, where announcements are made over a gala black- tie 5 course dinner, with free flowing fine wines and dramatic entertainment.
