– The Afghanistan Trademark Office has resumed full operation following an interruption due to the political situation in the country, according to law firm Saba IP. The registry “follows the 10th edition of the Nice classification, and trademark examination is performed on formal, absolute, and relative grounds”, the firm notes. It is now accepting new trademark applications and has resumed the processing of pending applications. (TJL)
