With the possibility of an extension. This role will be involved in delivering change to the global knowledge function. This role will be full-time and based in their London offices working with global teams. They are looking for someone with knowledge of multiple areas including Knowledge Management processes, software development methodologies and delivering global business change.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of workstreams and management of the relationships between projects and delivery teams across the firm, both in business services and the legal practices.
- Working closely with the relevant teams and Knowledge Lawyers to ensure that the firm is ready to adopt the necessary change in behaviour and processes to achieve the programme goals.
- Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity.
- Managing the budget, monitoring expenditure and costs.
- Facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams where appropriate.
- Ensuring the delivery of milestones.
- Managing third party vendors where appropriate.
- Managing the communication and expectations of all stakeholders.
