The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed challenging questions at the nexus of law and innovation. How policy makers respond to these novel issues in the coming months will have an immediate impact on innovation and society with ripple effects that will long outlast the current pandemic. At its fourth annual symposium the Journal of Law & Innovation (JLI) seeks to explore several of these issues centered around the topic of Innovation in a Time of Crisis.
