Kylie Minogue‘s homeware brand has lost its legal battle against Caprice Bourret after accusing her company of copying bed linen designs.
British textile company Ashley Wilde Group, which runs the singer’s At Home range, has been told be a judge that an appeal at the High Court had ‘no real prospect of success’.
The ruling concludes the two-year legal dispute which was bought about by accusations of plagiarism.
Kylie’s parent company originally alleged that the brand known as By Caprice Home, created by the Dancing On Ice star, had copied several of its signature patterns such as ‘scalloped-shaped pleats’.
