Intranet and Knowledge Management Administrator to work within a full service global law firm

We have a new vacancy for an Intranet and Knowledge Management Administrator to work within a full service global law firm. Working closely with other members of the KM team as well as IT the successful candidate will provide firm-wide support for intranet, content, KM and document management requirements. Specific responsibilities include:

·        assisting with the development of the intranet

·        liaising with IT support regarding any technical issues relating to document support, portals and maintenance

·        managing precedents and KM documents

·        coordinating intranet and KM systems technical issues requests

·        converting, amending and creating new precedents and KM documents

·        preparing documentation on house style

·        producing reports on usage of the intranet and KM system

In order to be considered for this role candidates should have:

·        excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        good working knowledge and experience of using SharePoint

·        advanced MS Office and Word skills

·        high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
