Strong research skills needed for topics in divorce law in Nova Scotia and Canada courts. Must have access to Lexus/Nexus/other relevant databases. Questions around mental health and divorce, spousal support, specific research on (Nova Scotia) justices’ rulings, employment and support, division of assets, reckless spending, duty to mitigate (debt), etc.
About 6 to 10 hours weekly for up to 6 months; hours flexible. Hourly wage $US20/hour or per topic, paid by submission of contractor invoice. NDA required. Full contact information and telephone required for NDA.
