Through careful creation of relevant, high-quality and resilient news feeds, you will vastly improve our clients’ experience of using the platform and help them achieve better results. Thanks to your bridging function between client contacts and our support, data and product teams, you will constantly fine-tune and improve Vable’s content offering. As you develop in the role, your own knowledge and awareness of Vable’s more intricate functions will grow alongside your clients’, and you will enjoy an ever-improving experience of the Vable platform.
On a day-to-day basis, you will have your finger on the pulse of clients’ needs, and have an easy dialogue with client contacts. Working with the customer support and production teams to resolve client requests and issues, you will be measured by our clients’ satisfaction with the Vable platform.
Vable is at an exciting point of its journey, and we expect to continuously launch new services and add-ons to our platform. You will have the opportunity to become a key player in the development and roll-out of these services, and make them your own.

Requirements
- You have worked in a law firm and been exposed to the breadth and width of current awareness and business intelligence needs
- Boolean searches and research, both in a legal and other contexts, come naturally, you have a solid foundation of knowledge as an information professional
- You have had exposure to major content publishers ideally within the legal sector, where you honed your communication skills
- You have experience in legal research and in curating newsletters for internal and / or external use
- You love technology and have a knack for the way software works
- You hold a relevant BSc or a BA from a reputable University
- You are willing and able to work flexible hours at times to service clients who are based outside the UK
- You are open to occasional national and international travel
