A global law firm based in the City is looking for a Resourcing Manager to join the Legal Recruitment team. Reporting in to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for the attraction, selection and assessment of high-calibre lawyers to deliver a high-touch recruitment service end-to-end from Associate to Partner level.
More specifically, as a Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with your assigned Legal Practice areas internally and externally (up to Partner level)
- Attraction, Selection, Interviewing and Assessment (Senior Associates and Partners)
- Direct candidate sourcing
- Project Management; Managing Marketing & Recruitment Events aimed at the fee-earner population
- Managing and mentoring of a small team
You will be a consultative and articulate Recruitment Manager ideally with a track record working within an international law firm or global professional services environment. You would ideally have had exposure to managing interim / contract hires historically and be comfortable operating within a corporate and quality focused organisation. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also be comfortable working directly with Partners and Business Heads day-to-day. A degree and / or CIPD is preferred.
