Gudrun Zagel is Professor of International Law and Human Rights at the University of the Federal Army Munich. She received her legal education from the University of Salzburg Law School as well as from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin, where she was a Fulbright Scholar. Previous work places include the Department of International Law at the University of Salzburg, where she held the position of an Assistant Professor, and consultant at the Office of the Legal Advisor of the Austrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Gudrun is the author of a treatise and numerous articles on international economic law and co-editor of Smit & Herzog on The Law of the European Union (Matthew Bender).

Brigitte Barotanyi holds a business informatics degree from the Technical University of Vienna (1990). She is working for the IT-Department of the Federal Chancellery and is responsible for the software development of applications, e.g. the Legal Information System of the Republic of Austria (RIS). She is working at national as well as international level.

Sirjana Sharma Pokhrel works at the Law Office of Sirjana Sharma in Nepal. She has been practicing law since 1996. She holds a LL.M. degree from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University specializing in commercial law and International and Comparative LL.M. from Dedman School of Law, Southern Methodist University, USA.

Dr. Md. Ershadul Karim is a Senior Lecture at the Faculty of Law, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and a non-practicing lawyer enrolled with Bangladesh Supreme Court.

UPDATE: Scottish Legal History – A Research Guide by Yasmin Morais at http://www.nyulawglobal.org/globalex/Scottish_Legal_History1.html.

Yasmin Morais is Cataloging Librarian at the Mason Law Library, University of the District of Columbia. She was previously Resident Librarian at the Georgetown Law Library. Yasmin obtained her MSc in International Relations from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and her MLIS from the University of Toronto. She is in her final year of the LLB program at the University of London.

UPDATE: Researching Applicable Law in Wales – What is Unique in Wales? by By Lillian Stevenson & Dr. Catrin Fflur Huws at http://www.nyulawglobal.org/globalex/Wales1.html.

Dr. Catrin Fflur Huws provided the first section on The Welsh Legal System. She studied law at Aberystwyth University as an undergraduate and also as a postgraduate, obtaining her PhD in 2005. Catrin is currently a senior lecturer and Director of the Centre for Welsh Legal Affairs in the Department of Law and Criminology at Aberystwyth University.

Lillian Stevenson was Academic Services Manager and Law Librarian at Aberystwyth University until August 2015. She studied law at Birmingham University and Sheffield University and information studies as a postgraduate at the College of Librarianship Wales, now the Department of Information Studies, Aberystwyth University. Subsequently she worked in legal publishing and as Law Librarian at Manchester Metropolitan University and Norton Rose, City law firm in the United Kingdom.
