Business Development Manager – Hong Kong Law Firm

Fantastic opportunity to join the Hong Kong office of a leading law firm! Our client, a premier global law firm, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage all the Business Development and Marketing activity for the Asia region. Reporting into the Director of Administration for Asia and the Firmwide Director of BD, the Business Development Manager will lead a small team and will work closely with the partners to formulate BD strategy. Key responsibilities will include: managing the pitch process, overseeing the production of marketing materials, coordinating media relations and profile raising activities, awards and directory submissions, and maximising cross-selling opportunities.

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role will be degree educated and have extensive BD and Marketing experience from a law firm. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the confidence and gravitas to influence at a senior level. A high attention to detail and a strong client focus are essential, and you must be able to juggle multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
