Position: Senior Legal Counsel, Trade Marks (8+ yrs PQE) Hong Kong

This MNC is seeking a Hong Kong qualified lawyer with solid trade mark experience to join its Hong Kong office. You will work closely with legal teams from other countries and various business units on all IP related matters with a focus on trade mark, domain name and copyright. To be considered you must have 8 years’ PQE in IT/ IP work at a law firm or an MNC. Solid experience in regional IP matters is essential. You must have fluent English and Mandarin skills for the role. Occasional travel is required. REF: 13590/TTL
