We re-published part of this list last week . The list details from tips by sources what firms in the us say they'll pay their 1st year incoming associates for 2009-2010.

Here are the dates incoming associates (hope to) start. We've only noted deferral stipend amounts, not "normal" stipends or other extras, like bar exam fees.
