CONDEMNATION
Barrister Ishtiaq Ahmed Memon, Vice Chairman, Sindh Bar Council, and Mr. Ayaz Hussain Tunio, Chairman Executive Committee, Sindh Bar Council, strongly condemn the firing attack upon the residence of learned Advocate Mr. Ashique Ali Panhwar, Advocate High Court, District Dadu.
According to the report, at about 02:00 a.m. on 31-08-2026, unidentified armed culprits opened heavy aerial firing around the house and also fired upon the main gate of the residence of the learned Advocate, causing serious fear, insecurity, and panic among his family members.
The Sindh Bar Council demands from the Inspector General of Police, Sindh, DIG Hyderabad Range, SSP Dadu, and other concerned authorities to immediately take notice of the matter, conduct a fair, impartial, and transparent inquiry, identify and arrest all persons involved without delay, and bring them before the competent Court of law.
It is further demanded to provide complete protection and security to learned Advocate Mr. Ashique Ali Panhwar and his family members.

Barrister Ishtiaq Ahmed Memon, Vice Chairman, Sindh Bar Council, and Mr. Ayaz Hussain Tunio, Chairman Executive Committee, Sindh Bar Council, strongly condemn the incident of armed robbery committed against Mr. Saeed Ahmed Khan Bijarani, Senior Advocate, Kandhkot, on 27-08-2026, near Khanpur, District Shikarpur, while he was proceeding to attend the proceedings of the High Court of Sindh, Larkana Circuit Bench.
According to the learned Advocate, armed culprits intercepted him and robbed him of cash and mobile phones. The Sindh Bar Council expresses grave concern over such incidents of robbery and insecurity on public roads, particularly against members of the legal fraternity, which pose a serious threat to the safety and dignity of advocates.
The Sindh Bar Council demands from the Inspector General of Police, Sindh, DIG Larkana, SSP Shikarpur, and other concerned authorities to take immediate and effective action, ensure registration of the FIR, arrest the culprits without delay, recover the belongings, and bring the perpetrators before Court forthwith.
