Founded in 2005 and based in London, Globe Law and Business publishes 300 specialist titles written by practitioners from top commercial law firms, senior academics and in-house counsel. Its portfolio covers energy, banking and finance, insolvency, arbitration, intellectual property, private client and law firm management practice areas. Founder and Managing Director Sian O’Neill remains with the business following the acquisition.
