Just a quick apology . The CCHChatter blog was down yesterday on PS.com due to a server issue.. we are now up and running again.
And we thought we mention again to the anon commenter who whinged the other day about our report on CCH in China that here at HOB we like CCH's commitment especially in Australia to try and communicate honestly with its client base.
In the last week they've posted regularly on their blog on a number of issues?? Family Law (Making break-ups easier?Author: Sherika Ponniah) , Workplace Relations (McCallum?s Top Workplace Relations Case reviewed in Monash Law Review Author: Linda Moore),? New Delivery Systems for Legal Content ( Maybe Bob Dylan was right after all November 25th, 2009 by Matthew Sullivan) and Surveys / Customer Satisfaction (?Surveying? the scene November 11th, 2009 by Jessica Hobson)
......and not only are they penning blogs. It is worth noting that senior management individuals are happy to communicate directly with their client base and even go out on a limb with opinions. When we start seeing theis from the other publishers we'll jump at the opportunity to publish their thoughts. HOB fears though that our rasta locks will reach the ground before that happens.
