ChatGPT is the newest supported AI assistant for Descrybe Legal Engine, joining Claude and Perplexity, with more connectors and workflows on the way.
If you like working in ChatGPT, this gives you another way to use Descrybe for legal research tasks such as case-law search, citation lookup, quote verification, treatment checks, statutes and regulations research, and source review, directly inside the ChatGPT workflow.
If you already have an active Descrybe Legal Engine or Descrybe Platform subscription, you already have access. There is nothing extra to buy from us.
Here’s a short setup video to help you get connected
The easiest way to connect is to start from descrybe.com. Log in with your active Descrybe account, go to your dashboard, and choose ChatGPT from the available AI assistants. From there, you can connect Descrybe Legal Engine directly to ChatGPT through ChatGPT’s App Directory.
Descrybe is built on clean, properly sourced primary-law data that is structured and maintained so legal answers can be checked before they are relied on. That matters wherever you work, but especially inside AI tools, where source quality and provenance are essential.
All Descrybe Legal Engine and Platform subscriptions now include access across supported assistants, apps, and connectors, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. You only need to connect once per AI assistant. After that, you can open a new ChatGPT conversation, add Descrybe Legal Engine to the chat, and start researching. You can also ask ChatGPT to use Descrybe or Descrybe Legal Engine for your legal research questions.
