Wild Tomato Pizza sues Wild Man Pizza in Door County over trademark infringement

DOOR COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) – A Door County business is suing another business in the county over allegations of trademark infringement.

Wild Tomato Pizza, which runs restaurants in Fish Creek and Sister Bay, claims the owners of Wild Man Pizza, which has a location in Sturgeon Bay, infringed on business trademarks.

The owners of Wild Man Pizza also own Red Oak Winery and Hunter Ashley Properties.

Wild Tomato claims it owns federal trademark registrations for “Wild Tomato Pizza” and “Wild Tomato Wood-Fired Pizza and Grille.”
