Jill Wieber Lens, who holds the Dorothy M. Willie Professor in Excellence at the University of Iowa College of Law, authored the book Stillbirth & the Law. Roundtable discussions in reaction to her book were recently published in The Vanderbilt Law Review En Banc.

The online publication posted a roundtable discussion featuring responses to the book by professors Jamie Abrams, Ederlina Co, Greer Donley, Liz Kukura, and Kim Mutcherson; and her reply to those responses.

The publication cites Lens as “the nation’s foremost expert on stillbirth and the law” and says her book blends personal experience and legal analysis, bringing an original, essential guide to this all-too-often unrecognized public health crisis.
