In the inaugural episode, Connecticut AG Tong discusses how states are increasingly stepping into regulatory gaps, deploying consumer protection authorities in response to emerging technologies, and navigating complex constitutional questions involving federal power, transparency, and public trust.

The second episode features Missouri AG Hanaway, who discusses enforcement priorities, including violent crime reduction, consumer protection risks tied to fraudulent schemes, and how government lawyers are responsibly integrating AI tools into legal work while maintaining safeguards, verification, and professional accountability.
